2. Account and Access

• • You may sign up using your Google account.
• • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities under your account.
• • You may only whitelist school-related email senders (e.g., official school systems or teachers).

3. User Content

• • By using CleverLife.ai, you authorize us to access and process emails from the senders you whitelist, for the purpose of organizing and displaying school-related information.
• • You retain ownership of your email content. We do not claim any rights to your emails or attachments.

4. Data and Privacy

• • Our use of your information is governed by our Privacy Policy.
• • You may revoke CleverLife.ai's access to your Google account at any time via your Google Account Permissions.
• • You may request deletion of your account and data by contacting us at support@cleverlife.ai.

5. Service Limitations

• • CleverLife.ai is currently available only for Gmail users with children in New York City schools.
• • Accounts are limited to a maximum of 3 child profiles and 5 approved email senders.
• • We may update or modify features as the service evolves.

6. Payments (Future Use)

• • Some features may require payment. Payment terms will be clearly described at the time of purchase.
• • Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

• • CleverLife.ai is provided "as is" and "as available."
• • We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free results.
• • We are not responsible for missed events, errors in email processing, or inaccurate data provided by schools.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Termination

• • You may stop using the service at any time.
• • We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
