1. How to Delete Your Account

The fastest way is to delete your account yourself inside the app: go to Settings → Delete Account and confirm. This immediately removes your data and revokes our access to your Gmail.

Prefer email? Send a message to admin@cleverlife.ai from the Google account you signed up with, with the subject line "Delete my account." We will confirm receipt and complete the deletion within 30 days.

You may also remove individual child profiles directly from the CleverLife.ai dashboard at any time.

2. How to Revoke Google Access

The simplest way is in the app: go to Settings → Disconnect Google. This immediately revokes our access and clears the Google tokens we hold, independently of deleting your CleverLife.ai account. You can also revoke access from Google directly:

1. 1. Visit myaccount.google.com/permissions.
2. 2. Find "CleverLife.ai" in the list of third-party apps with account access.
3. 3. Click "Remove Access."

Once access is revoked, CleverLife.ai immediately stops retrieving new mail from your Gmail account.

3. What Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, we remove:

• • Stored Google OAuth tokens (so we can no longer access your Gmail).
• • Your account profile (email, name, settings).
• • Child profiles you created.
• • Structured summaries and events derived from your school emails.
• • Any cached or processed Gmail-derived content held in our systems.

Deletion does not affect the original messages in your Gmail account — those remain under your control in Google.

4. Timing

• • Live application data is removed within 30 days of your deletion request.
• • Encrypted backups are retained on a short rolling window and cycle out shortly after — they are not used for any other purpose and are inaccessible to operators.
• • Limited records may be retained where required by law (e.g., billing or fraud-prevention records); these are not used for product purposes.
